Study finds fidgeting helps with blood flow
And can curtail leg issues from sitting too long completely.
Well gee. Finally a study that at first seems ridiculous that can pay off significantly.
Who knew?
They sure didn't when they started the study
Blew them away too
"Mad" scientists.
In this way
Where it harmed no one
And only did good
Seems perfectly good to me
But some scientists
Have gone off the deep end I think
And this is from the start of science
Some go way to far
Hurting people
Creating things that we don't need
Like anthrax
Really?
What did we need that for?
For war?
That's the most pathetic excuse I've ever heard
We need to create something to use against killing others
That can be also used against us
Oh yea
Makes perfect sense
To an idiot.
Maybe at that
I'm discrediting idiots too much I think though
By saying that.
I am compelled to write. It helps me digest and interpret my ruminations. Here I present them in complete truth.

I remember
When Tia was born
And that idiot of a anesthesiologist
Gave me too much medicine during my cesarean
Even though I told him I react very sensitively to pain medicine
It took me over two days to just be able to walk or even just try to get out of bed without almost vomiting and passing out
Finally at what I think was the tale end of almost 48 hours without seeing my baby because they swept her off to the NICU
I was losing my mind
I had to see and touch my baby
I had only seen her for a second and it had been a blur
I hadn't even been able to look at all her features yet
Count her little toes
Say hello
I was really going to lose it
And when the nurse tried and failed again to get me out of bed
I had had it
I yelled at her
That I had to see my baby
That I had not seen her yet
And she abruptly moved mountains
Or called an orderly and a wheelchair (you decide)
To get me to my baby
You should not separate mother and child
The resources need to be in place
For them to stay together
AT the very LEAST
For the amount of time the mom is in the hospital too
Why this isn't common practice is horrendous
A country to rich
Yet leading in baby deaths
Gee. I wonder why. Idiots!
