Avoid a disaster

People ARE capable of changing

Absolutely

Undoubtedly so

But much easier

Would be simply to mitigate the damage

To figure out how to stop ourselves

From hurting ourselves and others.

Much more logical for most people

Always always follow your heart

It is never wrong

But before you act upon it

Take into consideration 

The hearts of anyone else involved 

And act accordingly 

It’s not self-sacrifice 

It’s loving another as you would yourself 

Or at the very least trying. 

Really, really trying. 

You can’t always give in though I’ve learned

Because sometimes your heart tells you not to

And refer back to the second sentence of this entire text

Look at life through love

I can not fault someone
