I need to get a copy of that book

I remember loving it as a teenager

The point while so easy

Can be so difficult to attain

We

Well I

Get so bogged down with judging every thought

Every feeling

Every action

And reaction

How does that make me feel?

How should I respond?

What should I be doing, feeling, thinking?

When in actuality

I need not feel anything

I need not feel anxious to do anything

Or be anyone in particular

Or any particular way

All I really need to do is be present

Completely present

And what needs to happen will unfold

Without so much as a second thought
