Closest to perfect as could be?

When God created you, up to the very instant you were born, you were absolutely perfect. Your heart and soul belonged fully and completely to God. It was one with God. Then you breathed your first sigh and God gave you to the world, for you to be in charge of your own heart and soul.

Fortunately, some of us got to feel that love immediately again through the love and care of a parent or ? But no matter how much that person or people love us it will never be enough, because it will never be equal to Gods love. God loves us unequivocally, unconditionally, at all times, in every instant, every moment with arms outstretched reaching to tend to us. And no matter how much we love ourselves either we will never equal the great love granted us by God. Fortunately these things aren't mutually exclusive. Love yourself all you absolutely can, as much as God does (if you can). Accept all the love you can from those giving it to you. But realize that the spaces in your heart that sometimes feel like that's not enough need to be filled with God. God is the only thing that can fill that void.

Give it to God. Give yourself over to God. In whatever that means for you, because it means different things to each of us. How do you do this?  Exactly how?  You open yourself to life. You open yourself to be completely and brutally honest at all times with all people and in all instances  Like the tree that falls in the deep of the forest; no one has to know that it fell, it lives its truth for itself. So too you must live your truth for yourself. It's the fear. Fear stops you from it. And it's so hard to combat fear. That truly the only way is through love and acceptance. Through the unconditional giving of your fear to God. For God to combat. Fear and evil are just too powerful for us alone to fight. By giving it to God we are letting them fight the battle and we are left to be in peace. Without fear. The only way to truly live.  To be once again as close to perfect as we can be, as our hearts and souls inhabit these bodies in this awesomely absurd journey.
