CFS

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

To me

Was a nightmare

From beginning to end

The sickness

The healing

The unknown aftermath

I wasn't depressed

Until after I started to get really tired

A little tired is ok

Here and there

But to the point I needed 7 cups of coffee in the morning to get out of bed

And if I didn't keep refueling I would almost pass out on the couch during the day

I don't know where it came from

My life was I think

Starting to overwhelm me

But not in a good way

As can sometimes happen

It's so easy to turn to drugs

Or an easy solution

Bu to tell you that you have to completely change your life

Every single aspect

In every single way

Blows your mind

When you try to follow it

Yet

After 1 week I felt like myself again

Without anything Stronger than a vitamin supplement.

Natural wholesome foods

And emptying out the gut of all the built up crap (literally) that we have in or bodies

the change is significant

It truly is

When one sees how it transforms

Cleans

And purifies

The body

Top to bottom

Would you give a baby wine to drink

Then don't give a Gerson Patient any. lol

That's how I was.

Vulnerable

I was curing

It's an unstable place to be

At best

Some days are good.

And some days are cleansing hells

When your body is releasing so much toxin you break out in a rash or itch.

The difference is

What is provided for you that is not nature prescribed all has horrible side-effects

All has added "bonus" materials that are cancerous.

Gods nature does not.

Everything pure and from God's earth. How is that bad for you. The bugs, the pests. They all have a reason. It's the chain of life. The chains of earth. And when earth is ready to let one go it goes. Ask any zoologist. No no. The animal historians. What are they called?  I'm tired. The ones that like Darwin himself can tell you when and why they served a purpose though not perhaps why it failed. Except that it is usually environmental failures to its own system. Maybe through no fault of its own. Directly.

You have to stand up for what feels right in your heart. At the end of the day. No one can fault you for that. No matter what the costs.

I by absolutely no means advocate violence. I advocate tolerance and more than tolerance...... love.  Love to see you through. Let love, not war see you through life.

It's the only way to live. Unafraid. Is with your heart leading the way.
