Which occurs naturally (in nature) every so often

Dumped a bunch of chemicals into Brazil waters

To try to control the mosquito population and

Inadvertently (I'm hoping)

Helped spread microcephaly

You'll have to ask them if they

Distributed the same checmicals elsewhere.

If there was a link trust me that because they would love a bonified scapegoat 

they would be shouting it from the rooftops

Or it would be on every news channel they can get to

With the money and power they have
